From the Phone

As usual some of my favorite pictures from the last few months have come from my cell phone.  Here they are:

Discovering our love for potato chips and cottage cheese

Alex's love for haircuts

Chilling at the dentist

Apparently this is what Alex is most grateful for.  I'm just glad I made the cut.

Rumpus with the cousins

What Alex wanted for Christmas.  He meant a Lego Millennium Falcon which is intended for 12 year old kids.

This was his reaction when I told him Santa couldn't bring him the Lego Millennium Falcon because he is too little.  Luckily by Christmas day he had forgotten all about it.

More Lego building

At our ward Christmas party.

 Silly boys

Making Gingerbread men with the neighbors

Recharging on Christmas day

More Legos, this time at the Library.

Christmas Nativity

Every year the Hettingers act out our version of the Christmas Nativity.  Our costumes are crazy but it is a good reminder of what Christmas is all about.

Backstage.

The cutest Wise Man with his "gifts" for baby Jesus.  He was pretty concerned that he didn't actually have to give them away.

Christmas Lights

As usual the Hettinger family took another trip downtown to enjoy the Christmas festivities.  We visited the Grand America, enjoyed the windows at City Creek and finished the very cold night at Temple Square.  It was cold but fun as usual.

Alex started off the night asleep in the car.

Christmas Day

We really had a wonderful Christmas this year.  It was fun to be in our new home and get together with all of our families.

After quickly checking out what Santa brought us we headed to the Clements for breakfast and presents.  It was fun to see how excited the boys got.

Building Legos.  This was only the beginning.

We ended the day at the Hettingers for more presents and more dinner/breakfast.

This is how we all felt at the end of the day but it was sure a fun day.

Once we got home Alex had so much fun playing with all that he got while Brandon and I began building more Legos.

Alex covered in his new slime.
We had a great Christmas.  We can't wait until next year!
