From My Phone

Often some of my favorite photos from our life come from our cell phones.  They are not as high quality but we seem to capture more intimate moments.  Here are a few from the last month.

After spending an afternoon at the Chick-Fila playground Alex came down with a really bad stomach flu.  He has never been so sick.  He spent three days sleeping or throwing up.  He also managed to pass it on to everyone in the house (except for me).  We are so glad that is behind us.

One of my favorite moments of the day is when I get to wake Alex up from his nap.  I love his sleepy confused state.

Counting his Easter Eggs.

This was the big moment after we got the keys to our new house.  Sadly, though the key didn't work and we had to go in through the garage.  It was still exciting though.

This was the day after we moved in.  Alex and Boo are checking out the area.

After a sleepover at his aunts and a fun day we took Alex to Ikea.  He fell asleep in the car.  Usually when we get him out of the car he wakes right up.  This time he stayed asleep and was completely out while we shopped.  I will relish any moment I can hold him sleeping.  It happens so rarely and every time it happens I think that it could be the last time.

Crazy Easter

We had another wonderful Easter.  This year was a little crazy because we moved into our house the day before.  Luckily the Easter bunny still found us and we had a lot of fun.

After the big move on Saturday we spent the night at Grandmas.  We ate dinner, had an Easter egg hunt and then decorated eggs.

On Sunday morning we had to remind Alex what day it was and that he needed to find his basket.

Since this was the first night in our new house Alex wasn't too familiar with everything.  He did manage to find his basket in the bathroom though.

The Easter bunny brought something for Brandon and me as well!

I tried to get Alex to pose in his Easter church outfit.

I kept asking him to show me his happy face.  He kept telling me he wanted to do a sad face.

After church we went to Grandma Clement's house.  We had another Easter Egg hunt, ate dinner, and got even more Easter goodies.

It was a crazy but wonderful weekend!

March

March was a very busy month for us.  We attended birthday parties, got sick, and geared up for our big move.

Both Mikah and Max have their birthday's in March.  Max was first up turning two years old.  He had a Spongebob party to celebrate.

We also got to play with Wilson and Elsie a few times this month.  Alex and Wilson share a passion for playing with "guys" or "characters."

Even Elsie got in on the fun.

Mikah's party was an Avengers party.
