April

April was a very quick month.  The kids were back to full time activities that kept us very busy.  Here are some highlights.

Mia was trying to cross her eyes.

This was my only picture to commorate that I got my first Covid shot.  We are so excited for life to get fully back to normal!

We had a wonderful Easter this year.  The Easter bunny left us lots of eggs and each a basket full of treats.

Later that day we headed to Grandma Clements for an egg hunt and dinner.

Alex was super lucky and found the ten dollar egg!

Mia did pretty well for herself as well.

The week of Easter was General Conference so we had to wait a few weeks to wear our new Easter clothes.

Mia had a few dance competitions this month.  We are still new to all this so it was a good learning experience.  Mia's team did really well and won a lot of awards.

They are a cute team.  One of the girls got hurt so they all ran over to hug her.

At one of the competitions we had a long break between her dances.  Mia was excited to play games and eat snacks in the car while we waited.

One of the best parts of these competitions was getting to see our cousins and a friends dance too!

Mia got really into her dances and always had amazing facial expressions.  I never got great pictures of them but she is a lot of fun to watch!

At the end of the month we took a day trip up to Logan to finally celebrate Mikah, Max, and Kenzie's birthdays.  We got to eat great food as well! The candy cannon is always a hit!
