Dance

Mia is officially finished with the 2022-2023 dance season.  It was her first season on Company which made it a challenge and lots of fun.  She grew so much as a dancer and in many other ways as well.  She puts in a lot of hours at dance so it is fun to see it pay off.  We are so proud of her!

A major advantage of her team this year was being on a team with a mom who is a photographer.  She offered to do pictures for anyone that was interested.  I wish I had pictures like this of her costumes from every year she danced.  They turned out so cute.  She had to her do some of the moves from her dances so it is a great memory for the year.

Spring Sports

Alex wrapped up another soccer and baseball season.  Both seasons started late because of all the snow but Alex played great and was on great teams.

Brandon coached his soccer team again.  This soccer team is so fun and it makes it even more fun that they were so good.  They won 5 games and lost 2.  The two they lost were very close.

Alex had one of the best baseball seasons he's ever had too.  He was on a fun team with great coaches.  He did a lot of catching again and hit really well all season long.

The season started off really cold.  We had to wear full snow gear to a few games.

This season Alex hit an over the fence home run!  I think I have only seen one other kid do this in his league.  Of course, I was picking up Mia from dance so I missed it.  It was on the first pitch of the game.  Luckily Brandon was there and he ran out past the fence to find the ball for him.  I did get to see another hit in the season that landed just in front of the fence at least.  It was awesome! He hit so well all season!

When he wasn't catching he was playing third or first.

We are so proud of all his hard work!
