March

 March was another very fun month.  At the end of the month the kids had a week off of school for Spring Break and it was so fun.  The weather wasn't too bad most of the month and we had a lot of fun!

Primary Boy's Activities are going again! Brandon is still a leader in Alex's group which makes it more fun for Alex.  They played some fun minute to win it games. 

After almost two full years in competitive dance Mia actually had her first dance competition this month.  It was crazy and hectic but she loves performing.  Most of my pictures turn out terrible but her faces are so fun to catch while she dances.  Her hip hop team even got a High Point Award.  

This month we were finally able to get new floors upstairs.  We have a cheap carpet that has looked bad for a long time.  We decided to just replace all the flooring and put in some new luxury vinyl planking.  We had to pretty much move out of our upstairs for a week but it was worth it.  We loved the result.  

The finished product...just a little dusty. 

Boo had gone to stay with my parents for the week while the new floors were installed.  I think she missed them when she got home.  I think she also misses the carpet.  

Before moving back in our furniture Mia took the opportunity to throw a wedding for her dolls.  She made herself the flower girl of course. 

Alex decided at the last minute to make a trap for the leprechaun the night before St. Patrick's Day.  We think he might have just wanted to stay up late.  

Sadly neither Mia or Alex caught the Leprechaun but he did leave them some treats! 

We were also able to take one more ski day this month.  This time Mia got to go since her arm is no longer broken.  She clung to me most of the day but at the end Brandon got her skiing on her own.  Alex gets better and better each time we go.  It was fun to go on some runs with just him.  I can't keep up with him.  

She also used some down time to make a snow family. 

The week before Easter we celebrated with my side of the family. The kids got to hunt for eggs and then we decorated lots and lots of eggs!

We packed a lot of fun into the kids spring break.  Brandon was able to take two of the days off but he had to work on school for a lot of that time.  He was able to help us tie-dye some shirts though.  It was a lot of fun and they turned out pretty cool! 

We also spent a day at the Aquarium.  It was very busy but a lot of fun! 

They had a pretty cool play ground outside that we had never tried before.  The kids loved it. 

Finally, we also went with some neighbor friends to the Museum of Natural Curiosity.  It wasn't very busy and was fun to be there with friends. 

It was a great month!
