July was a crazy but fun month! We stayed very busy with sports, swimming and lots of adventure. It was a great month!
Mia had some more t-ball games this month. She had a lot of fun and did really well.
We had another fun month hanging out with Indy. Unfortunately he had to hang out in the cone of shame for a while.
I love when I catch them playing together.
Mia had a spa day with her friend Megan.
I made pretzels for the first time this month. They turned out so good, we can't wait to make them again.
Our kids had another bike parade with the primary this year. Alex chose to cruise around on his hoverboard instead.
Right at the beginning of the month we got to celebrate Mia's birthday. I can't believe she is seven years old. She is the most fun, energetic ray of sunshine! We love having her in our family!
She chose to have a Bluey party with our family.
Brandon made another awesome cake!
We had another neighborhood July 4th breakfast in front of our house. This year it was on the 3rd since the 4th was on a Sunday. We had a big turnout this year and it was a lot of fun!
We got very festive and made a flag, fruit pizza. It was delicious!
We also played games, ate lots of yummy food and celebrated Grandma's birthday!
On the actual fourth we celebrated Devyn and watched her get blessed.
This was the best cousin picture we could get.
Brandon had the next day off as well so we went swimming.
One weekend this month we went up to Logan and spent the night at the Clements house. We went fishing and slept over.
The girls found the park more exciting than fishing.
The next day we headed up to Bear Lake for the day. It was a lot of fun as always!
Mia can never resist posing.
Everyone was so tired at the end of the day!
We also spent a night at Cherry Hill with the Peterson's again. Our kids look forward to this all year.
More swimming with friends at the Kearns pool!
We had another fun 24th of July at the Everitt's house. This time it was the Cul-de-sac of Not Fire because of the drought restrictions. We weren't able to do fireworks this year but we played lots of fun games instead.
At the end of the month we headed down to St. George for a few days. We stayed in a condo with lots of pools. We swam a lot and had a lot of fun!
One night we went to Tuacahn to see the School of Rock. Mia especially was so excited! Sadly after five minutes into the play it started raining and they paused the show. After sitting in the rain for a half hour they decided to cancel the show. As soon as they announced it was canceled Mia burst into tears. Luckily after waiting on hold for an hour Brandon was able to get tickets for the Saturday night show instead.
We spent one day at the Fiesta Fun Zone. It was a very hot but fun day!
We tried Sweet Rolled Tacos. Mia loved it!
This was our second attempt to see the show. Luckily it didn't get rained out this time. We didn't have quite as good of seats but our kids loved seeing it. It was so much fun!
