Christmas Day

We had a great Christmas this year.  It was extra special that it was Mia's first Christmas.  Alex is at the perfect age to enjoy the magic of Christmas.  It was a great day!

Alex must have been really good this year because Santa brought him a lot of loot.  It was so fun to watch him open his presents.  He gets so excited over everything.

Mia was less excited about the whole thing.  She had a harder time waking up.

Alex was very excited he got a Snackies cup.  Thanks to annoying commercials he has been asking for one of these for months.

Still not sure...

Santa even brought Mia some presents and some treats.

Alex doing one of many victory dances about his presents.  This was for some Mindcraft Legos.

Santa even came through in the end to find Alex a "Max Tow Truck" which Alex said he wanted more than anything.  His reaction was definitely not worth the 6 am wake up call it took to get this present.  He was mildly excited about it.

After opening presents and enjoying a delicious breakfast of German pancakes and sausage, we headed first to Grandma Clements house.  Mia slept most of the time we were there.

Finally, we headed to Grandma Hettinger's house for one more round of presents.

There was no shortage of Frozen presents.

It was all too much for Brandon.  (He did have to work 6 hours the night before).

That night and the entire next day we didn't leave our family room.  We opened lots of new toys, built many Legos and enjoyed all our spoils.

I can't believe Christmas has already come and gone.  We are very blessed and we can't wait until next year.
