Spring Sports

This spring we stayed very busy playing lots of sports. Alex played both baseball and soccer. Along with dance, Mia played soccer and softball.  It was a lot but we had fun.  The kids both learned lots and had great seasons.  Brandon coached Alex's soccer team and was an assistant coach for his baseball team as well.  

We had to endure some very cold games early on in the season.  

Because she was so busy Mia didn't make it to many of her soccer games this spring but when she was there she gave it her all.  She improved a lot from just last fall.  She hustled and got some great kicks in.  

Mia has been asking to try softball for a few years now.  It is hard to fit it in with dance but we wanted to let her try.  She was able to make it to most of the games though and had a lot of fun.  She had a fun team and learned a lot over the season.  It was so fun watching her play!

In her last inning she even got to try catching.  It was pretty cute! 

Alex had another great baseball season.  He got to do lots of catching this season and got a lot of great hits.  His team struggled a bit but he loved being with his good friend Connor and having Brandon coach.  It was a fun season!
